- Rent a Satellite phone are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm western standard time.
- Bookings can be made 24 hours a day through our web site booking form at www.rentasatphone.com.au/Make-a-Booking/New-Customer
- Due to courier restrictions this would mean overnight Monday to Friday (working Hours). It is our experience that couriers generally don't deliver during the weekends.
- For Interstate bookings of over 30 days charges will only apply up until the date the courier PICKS up the unit.
- If you are outside a recognised metro region, extra charges from your nearest metro region to your doorstep may apply.
- Metro regions are determined by the geographical area set out by the appropriate courier service used at the time by Rent a Satellite phone. This may change from time to time and it is up you (the renter) to confirm that the address you have requested is considered Metro.
