Special note *
Please be aware in accordance with our customer care policy please ensure that if someone is making a call to your satellite phone that although there is no charge to you (from the satellite phone company) that you should advise them to check with their landline or mobile carrier first so as to determine if there are extra cost in calling a satellite phone. Rent a sat phone have no control over incoming call costs.

There is no FLAG FALL when renting from Rent A Satellite Phone

All incoming calls and sms received by the satellite phone user are free

All call costs are billed at the end of that month and sent to you via e-mail or snail mail

All call costs are billed at 30 second intervals

BUNDLE airtime purchasers are relatable only to the satellite phone that was rented and can not be transferred amongst different phones

Additional usage outside or over and above the pre purchased bundle will be billed at the standard rental rates

The ability to receive free voice mail is included in your rental, however calls to check for voicemail are billed

The rental charge is billed from the date of hand over or the date the courier left the offices of Rent A Satellite Phone until its physical return

Rent A Satellite Phone is open MONDAY to FRIDAY office hours Western Standard Time. When calculating the phones return please bear this in mind. You will be invoiced for the weekend unless otherwise previously negotiated with a member of staff of Rent A Satellite Phone in writing (E-mail is acceptable)

Pre paid usage and bundles must be paid in full in advance

Standard airtime is charged on receipt of the invoice from the airtime supplier by way of credit card

There is no insurance currently available in Australia to cover the satellite phone whilst in your possession. (although some home contents insurance compamies will cover this for you if mentioned prior to rental).

Any loss / damage that occurs to the phone is the responsibility of the renter and it is up to the renter to make good and compensate Rent A Satellite Phone for a replacement phone to the value of $2100.00 plus GST or in the case of damage that is repairable the renter will be responsible to make good the cost of repair and the daily rental of the phone until it is suitable for rental again.
